It is an Indian drama series about a girl Bhagya Lakshmi, She is a kind-hearted girl who belongs to a middle-class family she strongly believes in helping others but her life takes an unexpected turn, she was born in Gordas Pur, a village in Punjab.
She has two sisters after her parent’s death and she and her sisters go to Mumbai, with their greedy aunt Rano, who decides to quickly Lakshmi, marry anyone so she can fulfill Lakshmi, father’s will and take his property.

The audience watched how this drama was going to be interesting when her aunty Rano, decided Lakshmi, married businessman Rishi Oberoi, Rishi, is forced by his parents especially by his mother Neelam, to marry Lakshmi, for one year, because they believed that Lakshmi, could save him from bad luck and death.
Rishi has already fallen in love with Lakshmi, who has consented to this arrangement but as they progress Malishika notices a change in Rishi’s Behaviour. yet the year is not completed Neilam goes to court for the divorce of Lakshmi, and Rishi, and the court orders them to stay together for six months before the divorce. during the six months, Rishi fell in love with Lakshmi, and Malishka decided to marry Rishi.
Future Story:
Despite these situations, the story became interesting and the audience was captivated by the performance of the characters. Rishi and Lakshmi, are married fixed and Rishi, tries to convince Lakshmi, that Rishi, will marry her to a nice man and help her like a friend. But Rishi finds to know that his heart is full of Lakshmi, love, and memories.
Rishi proposes to Lakshmi, and tells Malishka, that he only loves Lakshmi, but Lakshmi rejects it because of Malishka. Lakshmi leaves the house again because of her insult of feeling and emotion.
